  • If you are dissatisfied with the assigned tutor, you may request a replacement tutor within the first two sessions. If we are unable to find a suitable replacement, you are eligible for a refund of the remaining sessions.
  • Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of payment for unused sessions.

2. Non-Refundable Items

  • Completed or delivered tutoring sessions are non-refundable.
  • Any administrative fees or registration charges are non-refundable.
