Session Cancellations
1. Notice Period: Students must provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
2. Late Notice: Cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled session may incur a fee (50% of session fee).
3. No-Show: Students who fail to attend a scheduled session without notice may be charged the full session fee.
Rescheduling
1. Availability: Rescheduling is subject to tutor availability.
2. Notice Period: Students must provide at least 24 hours’ notice for rescheduling requests.
3. Limit: Students can reschedule classes a maximum of 2 times per month. Any additional rescheduling requests may require approval or incur a fee.
